Megan is joined by pianist Dima Zhovkovskiy as one of 7 duos selected to sing in the Hidalgo Street Art Songs Festival with a program of songs written in and around Tin Pan Ally. With composers including Weil, Arlen, Berlin, Gerschwin, and Monteraux.

Megan will join ICAV to participate in a number of concerts and galas as one of their emerging artists and perform the role of Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus conducted by Simon Rivard and directed by Lorraine Pintal.

After a sold out 2023 summer garden concert, Soprano Megan Henry and pianist Dmitriy Zhovkovskiy said YES: they’re coming again this year! This year they will take us on a trip to Italy!.
With Italian love songs from the land where the lemon trees bloom, and from America, which became the second home to a large Italian community. An Italian Buffet and wine tasting will also help us taste the south.
With music from “Romeo and Juliette” and its American counterpart “Westside Story”, through ear worms like “Volare” and and the famous classics like “Brucia la Terra” from “The Godfather”. Come enjoy our hommage to Italy and the southern way of life. This evening will get under your skin and straight into your heart. We Promise!

Megan returns to Ahlden, Germany as soprano soloist for Gerhard Schnitter’s Christmas Pop-Oratorio together with Bariton Christoph von Weitzel and the Ahlden Choir.
